Refund & Return Policy
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Our business foundation is built upon trust and ethics. So, we keep everything transparent with our customers, If you are unhappy with our product for whatever reason, you can return it for a full refund. We do not provide or cover the cost of return shipping labels.
Please note: For all bundle and subscription orders, the 90-day money-back guarantee applies to one unit only.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
**We do not offer open-bottle refunds for medical changes and new diagnoses - however, in this case, we can refund unopened bottles.**
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Additional Details:
- We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused” unless you have contacted us first, our Customer Service agent has initiated the return, and you have written the return # assigned by our agent on the package.
- Customers MUST send back all bottles in which they are requesting a refund for, including all empty or open bottles. We will not issue a refund for bottles not received.
- Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or method of payment that was charged when ordering the product. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
- Shipping charges are not refundable in any case, the customer will be responsible for any fees related to shipping the item back to us. USPS first class shipping by the postal service will often be the least expensive option for postage.
- Please write the RMA/order number assigned to you by our CS agent on your package. The number must be clearly visible on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without the RMA number.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
- It generally takes your financial institution 10 business days to credit your refund. For some banks, it may take up to 30 days to reflect in your account
