Your use of www.trylifecore.com including any sub-domains thereof, affiliated websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”), which are owned and maintained by LIFECORE. (“LifeCore,” “we,” “our,” “us”), is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. We offer the Website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from the Website to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. By accessing, using, or placing an order over the Website, you agree to the terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website in any manner or form whatsoever.

In addition, you agree to our Messaging Terms and Messaging Privacy Policy.


1. WEBSITE USE

By using the Website and agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. If you use the Website, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us, have read this Agreement, and understand and agree to its terms.


2. PRIVACY & SECURITY DISCLOSURE

Our Privacy Policy may be viewed. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and constitutes a part of these Terms. 


3. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND WEBSITE USER CONDUCT RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to use or attempt to use the Website or any products or services in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

  3. Soliciting unlawful acts.

  8. Uploading viruses or malicious code.
  9. Collecting personal information without consent.
  10. Interfering with Website security features.

We reserve the right to terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms LIFECORE or its users.


4. PRODUCTS SOLD FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

Prices for our products at LIFECORE are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time. We are not liable for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuances. Products purchased from the Website are for personal, non-commercial use only. The resale of our products on any third-party marketplace including but not limited to Amazon, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.


5. NO MEDICAL ADVICE AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

The material on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice or as a substitute for the advice of a physician. The statements made on this Website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Consult a physician before using any products or information provided by LIFECORE.

While we strive for accuracy, the Website may contain errors related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice, including after you’ve submitted your order.

We do not guarantee that your results will match those suggested on the Website, as results may vary depending on your age, health, and other factors.


6. MODIFICATIONS TO THE WEBSITE AND PRICES

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Website (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of access to the Website. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities subject to our return or refund policies.


7. PAYMENT

All charges are in U.S. Dollars. By submitting payment information, you agree that:

  1. You are fully authorized to use the payment method.
  2. All payment information provided is accurate and complete.
  3. You will be responsible for any card fees.
  4. Sufficient funds are available to cover your purchase.

We may receive updated payment information from your card issuer and will notify you before billing any new details. You may opt-out of this service by contacting your card issuer. We are not responsible for any bank or card fees associated with your payment.


8. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE

Your electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to request additional information before processing any order.


9. SUBSCRIPTION

When you purchase a product on our website, you may choose a one-time purchase or subscribe for regular deliveries. If you subscribe, we will bill your credit card every thirty (30) days and ship the product until you cancel.

9.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being billed for your next shipment, cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours before your next shipment is processed.

9.2. You may pause your subscription indefinitely, retaining all accumulated rewards and your current subscription rate, provided it differs from the prevailing rate due to a promotional offer. Additionally, you may skip your next delivery at no charge, without affecting any promotional rate applied to your subscription.

9.3. Please note, due to the technical features of our website, subscriptions for different types of products or the same product in different flavors are treated separately. To manage subscriptions for specific items or flavors, you will need to handle each subscription individually.

To cancel, pause, or skip your subscription, please contact Customer Support by emailing us at support@trylifecore.com, or manage your subscriptions manually through your Personal Account on the Website.


10. SHIPPING

LIFECORE ships to addresses within the United States. Visit our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, couriers used, and shipping charges. Please ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delayed or missing shipments due to incorrect information. We do not provide advance notification of the shipment of subsequent orders processed under the Subscription. 

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order or delivery address after it has been submitted or wish to edit your order before it has been shipped, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible by emailing support@trylifecore.com. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order is in processing, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request. 


11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Because many factors can affect deliveries after they leave our warehouse, we consider any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier as sufficient proof of delivery to the cardholder, even without a signature. If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, you should contact the carrier directly.

For orders with a total value exceeding $100, a signature may be required upon delivery. If the carrier's confirmation shows that the order has been delivered and you believe this is not the case, please reach out to the carrier before contacting us.


12. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

LIFECORE offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscription orders. The guarantee is only valid for the first subscription order of a product and does not apply to subsequent orders for the same product type. For more information, please check our Return and Refund Policy.

To request a refund under this guarantee, you must contact support@trylifecore.com within 60 days of the order confirmation date. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon approval and issued to the original method of payment. If you decide to repurchase the product after claiming a refund, the money-back guarantee will no longer apply to future purchases of that product. 


13. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide photo proof of the issue and your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Send this information to support@trylifecore.com within 60 days of delivery. Returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we may issue a full refund, partial refund, or replacement depending on the nature of the issue.

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days of approval. If the return is due to damage or defect, we will cover any return shipping costs.

If you do not contact us within 60 days from your first order confirmation date or the subscription renewal date each month for subsequent orders to initiate a refund or replacement, your item will not be refunded. LIFECORE is not responsible for duplicate orders placed by the customer online. For more information, please check our Return and Refund Policy.


14. REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is refused due to visible damage to the packaging or contents, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs or processing fees. Upon receipt of the package at our warehouse, we can either issue a full refund for the order, including any additional shipping costs, or reship a new package at no extra charge.

If you refuse a package for reasons other than damage, you may still be eligible for a refund once the package is received back at our warehouse. In such cases, any refund will be processed upon receipt, less any applicable shipping fees. We recommend accepting the package and contacting us first before refusing it.

Please note that refused shipments can sometimes become lost in the return process. If your refused package does not reach our warehouse, we will be unable to issue a refund. To ensure proper handling of returns, customers must use a return label generated by our Customer Support team.


15. SOCIAL MEDIA INTERACTIONS

This section applies to everyone who interacts with our social media presence, including comment sections, feeds, and other elements of our social media presence viewable on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other third-party social media platforms we may use (collectively, “Social Media Presence”).

The sites and platforms that host our Social Media Presence are not controlled by LIFECORE, and therefore, they have their own privacy policies and terms of use. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these platforms or for the content and opinions expressed by users.

Comments and opinions expressed by individuals on our Social Media Presence are their own and do not reflect the opinions or views of LIFECORE. We have no obligation to monitor, remove, or respond to any user-generated content on our social media platforms unless required by law.

If you see an offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate post on any of our social media channels, we encourage you to report it to the platform directly using the procedures they have established.

Please be aware that the use of any content you share on our social media pages, including but not limited to reviews, testimonials, and images, may be used by LIFECORE for promotional purposes without compensation. By sharing such content, you confirm that you own the rights to it and grant us permission to use it in any form, including reproduction, distribution, and publication.

We reserve the right to edit, moderate, or remove user comments that violate our standards, including but not limited to offensive, misleading, or harmful content.


16. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only, and LIFECORE does not endorse, control, or monitor the content, products, services, or practices of these third-party websites.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made through third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of these third-party websites is at your own risk, and any terms and policies set by the third-party will apply.

Before engaging in any transaction with a third-party linked to our Website, please carefully review their terms of service, privacy policies, and other governing documents to ensure you fully understand them. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the appropriate third-party.

LIFECORE is not responsible for any disputes arising from interactions, purchases, or agreements made on third-party websites, and we are not obligated to intervene or resolve such disputes.


17. TESTIMONIALS, REVIEWS, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

Anything that you submit or post to the Website, and/or provide us, including but not limited to photographs, testimonials, ideas, know-how, techniques, reviews, comments, questions, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”), is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You agree that we shall have the perpetual right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, and create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions.

LIFECORE reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any Submissions at its discretion, including content deemed to violate these Terms or the rights of others.

Submissions, including testimonials and reviews, represent the unique experiences of the individuals providing them and may not necessarily reflect the experiences that you may have using our products. As noted in Section 5 above, results may vary based on factors unique to each user, such as age, health, and genetics.

LIFECORE reserves the right to correct typographical errors, shorten testimonials prior to publication, and review all submissions for accuracy and appropriateness before they are published or used. We are under no obligation to pay for, or otherwise compensate you for, any testimonial, product review, or submission provided to us.


18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or operating rules posted by us on this Website or in respect to the Website, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and LIFECORE and govern your use of the Website and your purchase of any products or services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, with such severance not affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
